Estate Pipeline is realtor workflow software that keeps listings and buyer journeys in one place. Teams manage buyers and sellers with profiles and pipelines, get reminders for inspections, financing, and closing milestones, run mortgage payment and affordability scenarios during showings and offers, and share contracts and disclosures through controlled access instead of scattered email. Viewing tracking logs which properties each client toured with reactions and follow-ups; prioritized notes keep the team aligned; per-client offer history captures counters and outcomes across busy markets. Each property moves through clear stages—shortlist, viewing, interest, offer, negotiation, and accept or decline—so everyone sees status without spreadsheets or side threads.
